Important: Our Return Policies Are Different Depending on How You Shop

Purchased in person: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.

Purchased online: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

In-Person Purchase Return Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase from the Foundations Yoga Boutique.

Items purchased in person at Foundations Yoga and Therapy may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.

To Be Eligible for an In-Person Return

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Original tags must be attached when applicable.
• Items must be in their original packaging when applicable.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be made in person at Foundations Yoga & Therapy within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and/or final-sale reasons, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Sale or clearance items
• Essential oils
• Personal care items
• Gift cards

These items are considered final sale, including when purchased in person.

How to Start an In-Person Return

If you have an eligible item you would like to return, please contact us at sandy@foundationsyogaandtherapy.com within 30 days of purchase.

Please include your name, the item you would like to return, and your proof of purchase if available.

Once your return eligibility has been confirmed, we will provide instructions for bringing the item to Foundations Yoga and Therapy.

Please do not mail returns to the studio or any other address.

If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before bringing it to the studio.

Online Purchase Return Policy

All Online Sales Are Final

Please shop carefully when purchasing from the Foundations Yoga Boutique online.

All products purchased through our online store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept online returns by mail or at the Foundations Yoga and Therapy studio.

Because online purchases are final sale, we encourage you to carefully review the product description, sizing, materials, care instructions, photos, and other available product information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your online order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sandy@foundationsyogaandtherapy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and/or packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and contact you with next steps.

Please do not mail an item back unless you have received instructions from Foundations Yoga and Therapy.

By completing an online purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Online Purchase Return Policy and understand that all online sales are final.
